Charles Gosling previously served as Mayor of Hamilton from 2009-2012. Prior to that he served as Common Councillor in 2008. He is the Managing Director of the Gosling Group of Companies and Bermuda Duty Free Ltd. He has presided President of the Bermuda Zoological Society and as the longest serving President of the Bermuda Chamber of Commerce. He is also a founding member of BEST and has also served on the Board of Education and the Bermuda Small Business Development Corporation as well as numerous others. His personal hobbies include spending time with family and photography.
Councillor John W. Harvey, MBE, JP
Councillor Harvey was first elected to the City Council in 2008 as an Alderman. He also served as Deputy Mayor. He was the Chief Executive Officer of the Bermuda Hotel Association for 36 years and prior to that he served on the Bermuda Police Service. Having served on many government committees, Councillor Harvey is currently a trustee on the Government Golf Course Committee and a consultant on Labour Relations in Bermuda.
Councillor J. Nicholas Swan
A former Councillor from 2009-2012, Councillor Swan is the Managing Director of Pangea Limited as well as Challenger Banks Ltd. where his responsibilities include marketing, sales, asset allocation and administration. He has both a Bachelor of Arts and a law degree and has been previously based in the banking and asset management industries in both London and Hong Kong.
Councillor Dennis G. Tucker
Councillor Tucker served the City as Councillor as well as Alderman from 2008-2012. He is the Chief Executive Officer of the Bermuda Hotel Pension Fund. He has more than 40 years of experience in the tourism sector having been Managing Director of the Sonesta Beach Resort. He has also served on the Board of the HSBC Bermuda and chaired the Bank of Bermuda Foundation's Scholarship Committee.
Councillor Lawrence (Larry) Scott BA, LEC, is sole practitioner of the firm of Scott & Scott. He has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Political Science from Wilberforce University and a second Bachelor of Arts in Laws from the Polytechnic of North London, together with a Legal Education Certificate from Norman Manley Law School in Kingston, Jamaica. Larry enrolled as an Attorney At Law of the Supreme Court of Judicature of Jamaica, and as Barrister and Attorney of the Supreme Court of Bermuda, and is a current member Bermuda Bar Association. He has been practicing as a civil and criminal practitioner since qualifying in 1994. Larry is a published author of “It’s Only 4% Crime in Bermuda” © 2011.

Councillor Carlton Johnson
Councillor Johnson was elected to the City Council in 2015. He is a life-long City resident and business owner. He was an educator in Bermuda for over 30 years. With a wealth of team work experience and fighting for the rights of North Hamilton residents he is, "ready to serve the people of Hamilton to ensure that they have a good representative and that they have a voice."
Councillor George Scott
Councillor George A. Scott, JP, is a devoted industrial relations professional and community activist who currently works as Executive Chief Union Organizer of BIU. Educated at Mount Saint Agnes Academy and the City College of NY, George was introduced to industrial relations as a member of the Teamsters Union in NY, NY. As a former Member of Parliament, he served on the Public Accounts Committee, the Private Members Bill Committee as well as various government boards. George is a founding member of the Diversity Institute of Bermuda, Fathers Resource Institute, Black Alliance Charity and the Brazilian Association of Bermuda.
Councillor Henry Ming
Councillor Ming was elected to the City Council in 2015. He is no stranger to Hamilton having lived twenty of his younger years on Union Street and occupying an office on Ewing Street for the last two decades. He has a passion for the architectural and cultural history of his neighbourhood. He was deeply involved in the North Hamilton Development Plan which stands as a model for the development of the area. He has served as President of the Bermuda National Trust, Hamilton Lions Club and Architectural Association of Bermuda. This leadership, combined with his chairmanship of various government boards gives him the governance skills for a proficient move into the inner workings of the Corporation.
Councillor RoseAnn Edward’s heritage stems from owning family property and living in the city of Hamilton for over fifty years. She has owned and managed a retail business for more than twelve years in the back-of-town area, now known as North East Hamilton. She served on the Uptown Market Association which led to the development of the Economic Empowerment Zone, and has first-hand experience in dealing with the complexities and opportunities of city living.
